The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between job satisfaction and performance of first and second high school principals in Meybod city in 1396. Method: This study was descriptive and quantitative in terms of purpose and data collection. 60 managers were selected by census sampling method. To evaluate job satisfaction, 64-item and 9-component questionnaires were used, and a researcher-made questionnaire containing 60 items and 11 components was used to measure performance. The results show that the mean score of job satisfaction of school principals is 75.81. And the average yield is 87.44. And below the job satisfaction components had the least satisfaction with the salary component. And under the components of performance, the least performance from the planning component. Based on the results, job satisfaction can affect managers' performance.The results showed that job satisfaction affects the job performance of school principals and if it is the job satisfaction of school principals it will increase their performance, so successful organizations are concerned with job satisfaction of their employees.
