The purpose of this study is to investigate how internship training in teacher training at the University of Winnipeg in 2021-2020. The purpose of the research is research. Advances in science and technology in developed countries have led them to plan realistically, accurately and flexibly at the same time. This study seeks to select the appropriate candidates for the internship situation in the world in Canada at the University of Winnipeg in the field of university planning. How to certify an internship program, self-assessment status, general internship program process, goals and objectives, method, management and evaluation, how to communicate, And explain the interaction with schools and teachers, learning environment, initiatives, legal status of student-teachers, criteria for observing the class, professional duties, quality view, etc.
