The introduction of educational technology in education for mentally retarded children cannot provide a variety of opportunities. And in the future, integration and education are inclusive in comparison to traditional teacher training, there are benefits such as individualized training, increasing the range of engagement, and a variety of interaction activities which provides quality education for these children. Therefore, the present paper addresses the impact of the process as a new educational technology on the creation of diverse learning environments for mentally retarded students. This article is descriptive-analytic scripts and articles and journals have been used. The findings of this research show that the computer as an educational tool for solving the problem of self-confidence building and traditional uniform teaching improves the efficiency of teachers. Increasing the vocabulary and knowledge of student in order to conduct additional exercises. Aiding is also possible in the case of mentally retarded children. As a result, schools have to be well-targeted educational tools, including subsidies for education. Social problems, including misconduct and misdirection, as well as the lack of control of the technology by neglected instruction by the mentor and low parenting skills.
