Abstract

One of the basic goals of any education, including the education of Iran, is the professionalization of me. lesson Study is one of the most important Japanese educational methods in the field of education that has been developed in recent decades.
The attention of educational specialists has been taken into consideration in this regard.It is in independent or semi-independent form under the supervision of educational groups in the education departments.The study of Iran's education, at least after the Islamic Revolution, shows that a similar model of study, with very few distinctions, has been included as "educational groups."In fact, studying with its goals is part of the tasks of the educational groups.This study intends to compare these two methods and to enumerate their similarities and distinctions in different ways, such as goals, methods, periods of time, ...It does not matter why or why the training groups did not succeed?Or what if there is no need to practice and explain this Japanese model?And whether in the future, studying will also affecThis study was conducted through a qualitative approach, descriptive and analytical research, library tools, interviews and questionnaires.t the situation of the faculty?If the answer is yes, what solutions should be considered for this matter?
