Peer Review Process

 

First of all, all the individuals should register in the site to be able to submit their articles. Registration is free for all the people and there is no need to be confirmed by the site manager. After completing the registration form, the password will be submitted to your Email, so use a valid accessible email address. After getting the password, enter the system, import your article information and at the end submit the article main file. While submitting article, consider the main explanations in the ‘’guide for authors and terms of article’’ page. Prepare and edit the article considering the format and instruction of journal and register in the system. Use one address for registration and submitting article. It’s suggested that you register just one time in the system.

 

Details and steps of registration and submitting article:

1-sign up in the website and complete the registration form.

2-Receiving the password by Email.

3-Entering the system with user name and password.

4-Filling the article information form, including subject, gist, keywords….

5-Uploding the article main articles file.

6-Submiting article, if following all the terms and rules, submitting the article will be successful; otherwise, the submitting article button will not work.

 

Explanations of enrolling form:

*Complete the registration form carefully.

*First specify why you enroll in the system. Specify your subject. Correspondences is only with your subject name.

*Enter carefully your name, last name, level of education and degree, specific field of study and scientific level. This will help the journal managing editor to take an appropriate action about assessing and judging available info in necessary times.

*Phone number is also one of the essential things. Considering in some cases, there is need to be an emergency announcement, and the journal manager should contact with those who have submitted articles or edit them in a specific period of time, so enter an emergency phone number.

*Enter your city of residence or job, postal address and post code, organization of where you study or work in and the kind of job you have there like the student of international relationship field of … university or a faculty membership of … university.

*Enter the username carefully. Your email address Also can be used as your username. It’s recommended to use your own email address while enrolling. However it’s possible to use your own optional username. Notice if this username is already taken, you should choose another.

*Use a valid email address. In times of forgetting your password, it’s possible for you to enter the valid email address and receive the new password into your email.
