Abstract
This research has been carried out with the aim of identifying the applications of biometrics in school. The research is of a qualitative type and the method used is a library; Therefore, the researcher has studied the first category sources of the last 10 years and has used the data collection for the collected information and then analyzed the data with tables. In terms of validity, the questions used in this research have measured the same concept that the researcher had in mind regarding the use of biometrics in school, and he used data triangulation to determine the reliability of this research. The findings of the research showed that biometric technology can be used in school, with the student's approval and a written consent form from one of the parents, in the field of students' attendance and checking the identity of learners in electronic assessment, to ensure accuracy and security in schools increased and from frauds, bullying, identification of needy students by other students and errors when extracting and collecting the data of caste students; Therefore, in order for the standard of living of people, especially learners, to face an increase, the educational system needs this technology; Therefore, it can be concluded that the upcoming future will definitely be a biometric-friendly future due to the positive benefits of this technology; Because this helps the authentication of learners and reduces the anomalies of user authentication.
