This features makes Golestan quite distinctive from other literary works. Iraqi style is different from Khorasani style both linguistically and lexically. How ever, in Golestan,  we can see ancient Pahlavi words, which are typical in Khorasani style. It can be concluded that Golestan style isn't completely based on Iraqi style . hence, a survey in Golestan is important both in terms of the chronological style, and the existence of Pahlavi words. In the present article, the author, besides introducing Golestan as an eloquent prose, has attempted to survey some ancient Pahlavi words in Golestan in the form of a library research. The aim is to show that Golestan has a position between Iraqi and Khorasani style both linguistically and lexically.
