There are more than 300 verses in Holy Quran that invite people to think, remind and reason. The importance of rational education is so much that is a condition for some to succeed in other human aspects such as emotional, moral, social, etc. in the present article, it has been attempted to determine the place of rational education of the Islamic Republic of Iran by focusing on the document of fundamental transformation of education. Therefore, the researchers are using descriptive-analytical method and using library resources .first, it explores the contexts and sign of reasoning and mentions some of the ethical and emotional barriers to intellect development and then with an adaptation approach. In search of their instances in the document if fundamental transformation as one of the upstream documents of education in the country. Finally it has been concluded that in place of the document of transformation, the context and signs of reasoning have been deal with indirectly, and in others, at least, the affinities .The concept of proximity is also felt in the context of the abovementioned audiences of the hindrances of intellect development, which illustrates the importance of rational reasoning in the education system of the Islamic Republic of Iran
