Investigation and Development of Performance Evaluation Indicators of Education System in Implementation of Fundamental Transformation Document

Abstract

The purpose of the present study is to develop performance evaluation indicators of the education system in the implementation of the fundamental transformation document. The research method was a qualitative-quantitative one. In the qualitative part of the statistical population of the study includes all published documents (research reports, articles, interviews, bylaws, etc.) and from universities, universities, colleges, colleges, universities, educational institutes, 53 related articles, 21 articles were selected as sample and in the quantitative section 30 experts were selected as sample. The instrument used in this study was a qualitative content analysis checklist and a questionnaire. Content validity of the instruments was approved by the professors in the field. Scott's formula was used to determine the reliability of the checklist, which was 0.73. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated to be 0.85 based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient. To analyze the results, the hybrid method was used, and to prioritize the indexes, the Sura method using MAXQDA software was used. The results showed that the degree of suitability of the Department of Education's expertise and expertise for management and leadership, the presence of faculty and experts, the degree of innovation, initiative and creativity in document implementation processes and the need assessment courses and workshops The first to fourth priorities of the performance evaluation indicators of the education system are in the implementation of the fundamental transformation document.
