In theoretical framework used Parsons’s theory of social action, Durkheim’s social integration and theories of Huntington, Lerner, Lipset, Inglehart and Weiner. Findings indicate that the rate of cultural-social participation (ranging from1-5) is 3.46. Also, results of testing hypotheses based on multiple regression analysis indicate that variables of rationalism, social integration, access to media, achievement, religiosity and education have direct and meaningful relationship with cultural-social participation but based on path analysis, variables of affectivity and collectivity have reverse relationship with cultural-social participation.<br /> Also, results of testing hypotheses based on multiple regression analysis indicate that variables of rationalism, social integration, access to media, achievement, religiosity and education have direct and meaningful relationship with cultural-social participation but based on path analysis, variables of affectivity and collectivity have reverse relationship with cultural-social participation. در این مقاله، میزان مشارکت اجتماعی- فرهنگی دبیران راهنمایی شهر مشهد، از طریق پژوهش کمی و با روش پیمایشی بررسی شده است. با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه و توزیع آن در میان 220 نفر از دبیران راهنمایی مشهد به عنوان نمونه که با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شده اند، داده‌های پژوهش گردآوری شد. جهت تبیین متغیر مشارکت اجتماعی- فرهنگی و تدوین فرضیه‌ها از نظریه های کنش اجتماعی پارسنز، انسجام اجتماعی دورکیم، و نظریه های هانتینگتون، لرنر، لیپست، اینگلهارت و وینر بهره گرفته شده است. بر اساس یافته های تحقیق، میزان مشارکت اجتماعی- فرهنگی افراد نمونه در بازه (5-1)، معادل 64/3 بوده که در حد متوسط روبه بالا است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون دومتغیره نشان از معناداربودن این مقدار دارد. هم چنین بر اساس نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه، متغیرهای خردگرایی، انسجام اجتماعی، دسترسی به رسانه ها، اکتساب گرایی، دینداری و فرآیند یاددهی با مشارکت اجتماعی- فرهنگی رابطه مستقیم و معنادار دارند و این در حالی است که بر اساس تحلیل مسیر، متغیرهای فعال گرایی و عام گرایی بر مشارکت اجتماعی- فرهنگی دارای تاثیری غیرمستقیم می باشند. https://humanities.cfu.ac.ir/article_877_f5c2cea15d6dee2cccd6a01e89450466.pdf
