The first purpose of this study was to study and prioritize factors affecting the Implementation of a successful Lesson Study; and then to examine the role of demographic variables in this regards, including sex, level of education, field of education and age. This research carried out via quantitative approach and survey method. Again a researcher made questionnaire was used for data gathering, its Cronbach alpha was 0, 97. The statistical population were all the 1568 outstanding executors of Lesson Study in Khorasan Razavi province in 2016-2017 academic year. Based on Morgan sample size table and stratified random sampling, 310 people were selected. The findings revealed that, however, the problem formation stage is the most important stage for implementing a successful lesson study, but regarding samples perspective, the teaching stage was the most important one. Again women teachers and more-experienced teachers in relation to men and novice teachers put more emphasis on the teaching stage. Teachers who were educated in education field in relation to other teachers, put weight on the teaching stage, too. درس پژوهی الگویی موثر برای ترویج و غنی سازی یادگیری و نیز تولید دانش حرفه ای به منظور تحول در آموزش است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر موفقیت در اجرای درس پژوهی و سپس بررسی سهم هر یک از متغیرهای جنسیت، سطح تحصیلات، رشته تحصیلی و سن در این زمینه است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کمی و روش پیمایشی انجام شد و ابزار مورد استفاده برای جمع آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته، با پایایی97/ بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی برگزیدگان جشنواره درس پژوهی در خراسان رضوی (سال تحصیلی 1396-1395) و برابر با 1568 نفر بود. براساس جدول مورگان و توسط روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای تعداد 310 نفر از آن ها به عنوان نمونه تعیین شدند. مهمترین یافته این پژوهش بیانگر آن است که به رغم اهمیت "مرحله طراحی و تدوین مساله" مناسب در انجام یک درس پژوهی موفق، اما از دیدگاه نمونه مورد بررسی"مرحله تدریس و الزامات اجرایی" آن در وهله اول اولویت قرار دارد. همچنین معلمان زن نسبت به مرد و معلمان با سابقه کاری بیشتر نسبت به معلمان تازه کارتر، اهمیت بیشتری برای مرحله تدریس نسبت به سایر مراحل، قائل هستند. معلمان تحصیلکرده در رشته های تحصیلی مرتبط با علوم تربیتی نیز نسبت به سایر معلمان، اهمیت بیشتری به تدریس به عنوان مهمترین عامل موفقیت یک گروه در درس پژوهی، می دهند. https://humanities.cfu.ac.ir/article_1342_73c9703b9a49cb16e192cdc5c381b373.pdf
